Regulations of the Banker’s Club
  1. These regulations define the protocol for services in the Banker’s Club of the Polish Bank Association in Warsaw (hereinafter called „the Club”)
  2. The Club’s office located at Smolna 6 in Warsaw is open daily (Monday-Friday) from 8.00 a.m. till 4.00 pm. 1st floor, tel. tel. 22 828 14 12, 22 48 68 120 tel/fax 828 14 13. The opening hours may change depending on the needs od Clients
  3. A reservation can be considered as confirmed only after receipt by the Club of a properly completed and signed room reservation form. This form may be downloaded from the Club’s webpage.
  4. The Club reserves the right to move an event to another conference room up to 14 days before the planned event. In such cases the Club will l inform the client in advance.
  5. Information on the arrangement of the room, equipment needed, artistic programme and starting and finishing times, if not included in the form, should be confirmed in writing at least 14 days before the event.
  6. The Club will charge additionally, as stated in the pricing schedule, for services provided at weekends.
  7. 7. Payments should be made by bank transfer to the following account:

    within 14 days from the date of a VAT invoice issued in accordance with the agreed budget proposal. The invoice will be issued by the Polish Bank Association within 7 days from the date of the event.
  8. In the case of cancellation of an event, the Club will charge a cancellation fee according to the following principles: cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the price; between 1 and 5 days before the event: 50% of the price; between 6 and 10 days before the event: 30% of the price .
  9. The Client will take full responsibility for any damage caused to the Club’s assets related to the rental of the venue.
  10. The Club will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to objects or conference materials brought into the Club by the Client or their guests. The Client is responsible for removing any objects brought into the Club immediately at the conclusion of the event.; any objects or conference materials left behind will not be stored by the Club.
  11. Any involvement of third parties related to the organisation of the event is subject to agreement by the Club. The nature of the services to be provided by a third party, , time schedule and equipment and materials to be used is subject to agreement by the Club.
  12. Any changes in the arrangement or decoration of club rooms must be agreed by the Club on individual basis.
  13. The Club accepts no responsibility for any correspondence sent to the Client to the Club’s address.
  14. Use of the name „Klub Bankowca” and its trademark in any advertising materials or other publications must be agreed in advance by the Club.
  15. The Client will obey the rules established in the internal club regulations related to fire and safety. For safety reasons it is forbidden to block emergency exits and other elements of the fire safety system with exhibition stands, reception tables, banners etc. The Club reserves the right to dismantle and remove any such installations at the Client’s cost. The Client accepts responsibility for any costs involved in re-assembly of any such installations.
  16. Room reservation at the Club is subject to acceptance of these regulations.
  17. The Club also contains a restaurant for use of its Clients. Any catering requirements should be agreed with the Restaurant direct tel. 22 622 92 79 or e-mail restauracja@klubbankowca.com.pl
  18. The receipt of the completed reservation form indicates the Client’s acceptance of conditions contained in the Club’s Regulations.
